Dr. Oh is the founding Chairman of the Executive Boards of World Energy Forum and the World Water Organization and also Founding Chairman of the Board of Trustees and President of Energy and Water Institute of New York. His academic careers began with advanced academic degrees from Yale and Cambridge Universities, which include a Ph.D. in Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy. He served as Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Southeast Missouri State University and as Herchiel and Elizabeth Sims Professor of Applied Ethics at the University of Charleston and as Dean and Professor of Social Science at New York Institute of Technology. He has received numerous honors and has been a frequent speaker at high-level international meetings and conferences especially at the United Nations. Before entering academe, he was Chairman / CEO of several leading international companies, including Milco S.A. and Millennial Petroleum Co., Ltd.  Dr. Oh is a Korean-born U.S. citizen.
